01 / I started with the human

Before the interface,
there was a body.

Movement is information.
A / 01

Movement. Attention. Reaction. Motivation. Feedback. Adaptation.

Performance is shaped by the signals around us, the choices we make, and what we learn next.

02 / Different systems. Same human.

What happens
in the body has
an echo in the interface.

Movement→Interaction
Reaction→Feedback
Training→Iteration
Performance→Usability
Adaptation→Personalization
Behavior→User experience

Different systems.
Same human.

03 / Real people

I coach by day.
I design and build beyond the gym.

By day, I work directly with people as a strength coach. I also work remotely, designing and developing online fitness programs and building apps and digital experiences for all types of clients.

Whether I'm helping someone move better or making an app easier to use, my work starts with understanding the person in front of me.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me enjoying music, design, fitness, or fishing.

05 / The impact

I design at the intersection of Kinesiology & HCI.

Grounded in the work. Open about what is known, and what still needs to be learned.

06 / ME

Technology changes. The human remains.

Design for
the person on
the other side.
